ALL FUNDS GO TO MVCS TO HELP KEEP OUR TUITION AFFORDABLE. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN SPONSORING A HOLE FOR A DONATION OF $100 OR PLAYING IN THE TOURNAMENT, CONTACT MRS. CALVERT AT THE SCHOOL OFFICE.
ELEMENTARY CHAPEL CANCELLED NEXT WEEK DUE TO LABOR DAY.
GRANDPARENTS' DAY CHAPEL WILL BE HELD ON SEPTEMBER 13TH AT 2:30 P.M. THE GRANDPARENTS OF ALL OUR STUDENTS IN ALL GRADE LEVELS ARE ENCOURAGED TO COME TO THIS SPECIAL CHAPEL AND SIT WITH THEIR GRANDCHILDREN ON THIS DAY.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: We are in need of volunteers to help in the lunchroom for the lower elementary classes (10:45-11:30 a.m.). This would involve heating items, opening containers, etc. If you are able to help, please contact Mrs. Calvert as soon as possible.

PROGRESS REPORTS - SEPTEMBER 21
FIRST PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCE FOR THE YEAR - SEPTEMBER 23 FROM 4:14-7:00 P.M. YOU CAN BEGIN CALLING TO SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT ON SEPTEMBER 16TH.
TUITION PAYMENTS: Tuition is due on the 10th of each month. A late fee of $5 will be added after the 15th, and $10 after the 20th. After tuition is one month past due, the student will not be permitted to attend class until account is brought up-to-date.
BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION: Please help us in collecting box tops which helps us purchase items for the school. Send them to your child's teacher and make sure to write your child's name and grade on the back of each box top. Visit the Box Tops website at www.boxtops4education.com for participating products.
ENROLLMENT INCENTIVE COUPONS: These coupons are a way to save you money on your enrollment. If you recommend MVCS to your friends, relatives, neighbors, etc. who have school-age children that have never been enrolled at MVCS and they enroll, then you and the person you recommend will save money on tuition. Please see Mrs. Elder for details.
PRESCHOOL: NOW ENROLLING K3 AND K4 STUDENTS
PRESCHOOL HOURS ARE FROM 8:30 - 11:30 A.M. Extended Care is available starting at 11:30 and ending at 4:30 p.m. for a cost of $2 per hour.
