NO SCHOOL – MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 2 – LABOR DAY

Chapel News: There are some special Chapels coming up! Labor Day week chapel will be on Friday, September 6th at 2:40 p.m. for everyone except pre-school. It is our Grandparent’s Day Chapel. All grandparents are invited to attend and to sit with their grandchildren during the chapel service.

On Wednesday, September 25th at 9:00 a.m. the Chapel Service will be for everyone. It is “See You at the Pole Day.” We will gather around the flag pole to pray together.

SCHOOL PICTURES: Friday, September 6, 2019. Fall individual pictures will be taken on this day. Images will be sent home with your child at a later date after they are processed. You can then review and purchase your pictures.

EXTENDED CARE CHARGES: You should receive your first extended care statement during the first few weeks of September. These charges will be for any time your child stayed in extended care for the month of August. Charges on this statement will be due by September 10th.

BIRTH CERTIFICATES AND IMMUNIZATION RECORDS: We are still in need of a few birth certificates and immunization records for some of our students. They are needed in the office immediately.

PICTURES FOR THE NEXT YEARBOOK NEEDED: This year, we have a parent volunteer who will be working on and completing the MVCS yearbook for the next year. She needs your help. Would you please text any school related pictures that you take, (example: field trips, Fall Festival, Sports Events, Dances, Classroom Parties/Projects, etc.) to the following number (304) 640-1490. This would help greatly for us to be able to have a variety of pictures for you and others to be able to treasure forever.
