DEADLINE FOR COACH APPLICATIONS – Please return the Coach Applications to Ms. Brenda Allen no later than May 15th.

PICTURES FOR YEARBOOK NEEDED – We need your help! The yearbook staff would appreciate having a copy of any pictures that pertain to school functions such as basketball, homecoming, spelling bee, social studies fair, field trips, etc.  If you have any to contribute, please text them to 304 640-1490.

PLEASE BE SURE TO REVIEW THE POST REGARDING THE 5K COLOR RUN ON JUNE 8, 2019.

ILLNESSES – Please keep in mind that if your child is running a temperature and/or vomiting, they are contagious and will not be permitted to stay in class.  For everyone’s well being, we ask that your child not be vomiting for 24 hours and/or are fever-free for 24 hours, without the use of fever reducing medication, before they return to school.

EXTENDED CARE – For those students who utilize Extended Care, you will receive your final statement on or about May 17th.  These and any other extended care charges that have not been paid will be due upon receipt so that we can close out the books for the end of the school year.

PRE-SCHOOL DISMISSAL – The Preschool (K-3 and K-4) will be dismissed at noon on Monday, May 20th in order for teachers to prepare for their program, which is on Tuesday, May 21.  Also, please be aware that there will be no lunch or nap time on Monday, May 20th.

TUITION REMINDER – Please take care of any outstanding balances that are due on your child’s account.  All accounts must be paid in full before the final report card will be sent and/or any records released.  Contact Mrs. Calvert if you have questions or concerns.

BOOK FEES FOR 2019-2020 – Book Fees are due in full by May 24, 2019.  Books will not be ordered until they are paid in full.

BOOK EXCHANGE – TUESDAY, MAY 21, 2019 FROM 3:45 – 4:30 P.M. FOR ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY STUDENTS.  Teachers in first through twelfth grades will be available to approve books that you may want to buy, sell, and/or exchange with other parents for the coming school term.  A detailed letter concerning this event will be sent home soon.

CHAPEL SERVICES WILL BE COMBINED NEXT WEEK.  Chapel will be on Thursday, May 2nd at 9:00 a.m. to participate in the National Day of Prayer.  All are welcome and encouraged to attend.
