TUITION PAYMENTS: Tuition is due on the 10th of each month. You are encouraged to use the DROP BOX located as you enter the first set of double doors to the school. The box is on the wall to the right as you enter.
If you are making your payment with a credit card and/or cash, you may push the button on the wall near the drop box to reach Mrs. Calvert.
REMINDER: NO JEANS, SHORTS, OR T-SHIRTS ON CHAPEL DAYS.
MVCS T-SHIRT ORDER FORMS: T-shirt order forms are due by August 31st. The cost is $11.00. If you need an order form, let your child’s teacher or the office know.
EXTENDED CARE CHARGES: The first statement for extended care will be sent home the first few days of September. This will reflect the time your child spent in extended care for the month of August. These charges will be due on September 10th.
WVU DAY
We will be having a Tailgate Party at lunch time on Thursday, September 1st, in honor of the opening day of WVU football and the re-institution of the WVU vs. Pitt game, which will be played on September 1st.
On this day, your child will receive a free hot dog and a free drink. Each class will be decorating a room or an area before September 1st. Students are encouraged to bring a decoration to contribute to the decorating. The winning class will have no homework for one day (day to be decided by the teacher) and free ice cream.
Students are encouraged to wear WVU attire on this day. GO MOUNTAINEERS!
PIZZA LUNCH IS BACK FOR SEPTEMBER! You can purchase pizza lunches for your child to be served on Thursdays for the month of September. You should have already received the order form. The money must be returned by Tuesday, September 6th. Please note that money for the pizza lunches cannot be refunded or credited on the event of an absence because the food is purchased and ordered in advance.
SHOE BOXES NEEDED: This is a reminder that a shoe box is needed from students in first through sixth grades to make a Diorama house. You can also send in the following materials to create the house: modeling clay (play dough), Legos, felt, fabric scraps, figurines, furniture, and any other material that will be useful.
