PLEASE NOTE SCHEDULE CHANGE FOR MOUNTAIN VIEW CHRISTIAN SCHOOL HOMECOMING:  The Homecoming will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2020. You won’t want to miss this exciting time at MVCS! Games will begin a 5 p.m., and the Homecoming Coronation Ceremony will be conducted between the Middle School and Elementary games (approximately 6 p.m.). Senior Recognition will immediately follow the Coronation Ceremony. We want to honor our seniors for their accomplishments through their participation in the athletic program at MVCS.

PEP RALLY TO BE HELD ON THURSDAY, FEB. 13 BEGINNING AT 2:40 P.M.  STUDENTS ARE ASKED TO DRESS IN RED, WHITE, AND BLUE IN SUPPORT OF OUR PATRIOTS.

TALENT SHOW HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO LACK OF INTEREST.

 

VALENTINE CARNATION SALE – Carnations that were purchased during this sale will be distributed on Friday, February 14.

HOT CHOCOLATE SALE:  The National Honor Society will be sponsoring a Hot Chocolate sale on February 18th.  The hot chocolate will be served during each of the lunch periods, and the cost is $2 each.  You will receive the order form soon.

DONATIONS FOR OUR OVERSEAS FRIENDS:  There are several of our former students at Mountain View who are now serving our country overseas.  We would like to be able to send them some items they could use and share with the men and women in their area.  We will be sending a list of items that they could use or would like to have very soon.  If you would like to donate any of the items on the list, you can send them to school, and we will take care of boxing them up and mailing them.  We are sure they would greatly appreciate receiving something from “home.”

ARCHERY NEWS:  On January 31, 2020, our archery team participated in a tournament with Riverside High School.  We are very proud of each member of our team, and we know they will continue to learn and master the art of archery!
