RE-ENROLLMENT AT MVCS: Re-enrollment will begin on Monday, March 26, 2018.  You will begin receiving your re-enrollment packets on this day.  The completed packet, along with the enrollment fee of $100 must be returned to MVCS no later than Friday, April 27, 2018 in order to avoid paying new student enrollment fee of $250. Please act as soon as possible in order to save the $150 difference in the enrollment fee.

The application will also include a book list for your child’s upcoming grade. The books are due to be paid in full by the final day of school.  Books will not be ordered until they are paid in full.

Enrollment applications for students in grades 7-12 will be mailed.  We will be sending the application home with students in pre-school through sixth grade.

**All accounts must be up-to-date before re-enrolling your child. If your account is not up-to-date, please contact the office and speak with Mrs. Calvert.

ENROLLMENT INCENTIVE:  The enrollment incentive will be available again this year.  Take advantage of this great opportunity to receive a one time reduction your tuition. The new student that you recruit will also receive a one time reduction in their tuition.  Look for this form in your enrollment packet.

REPORT CARDS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED ON MARCH 26, 2018

SPRING CONVOCATION:  MARCH 26-28 BEGINNING AT 9 A.M. DAILY

EASTER BREAK:  MARCH 30 – APRIL 2    SCHOOL RESUMES TUESDAY, APRIL 3

BUNNY KISSES – Orders were due back by today, Friday, March 23.  A balloon with a bag of candy will be personally delivered by the “Easter Bunny” on Thursday, March 29.

We are planning to have a Dinner/Live Auction on May 4, 2018 that you will not want to miss! This will prove to be a fun and exciting evening for you and your family.  Lots and lots of details will be given at a later date, but for now, if you would have any new items you would like to donate to this auction, please contact Mrs. Calvert for detailed information.

PARTICIPATION IN ACTIVITIES OUTSIDE OF MVCS:  Some of our students participate in athletics, activities, etc. outside of MVCS. When they do, we would like to acknowledge them for it.  Please let us know if your child has participated in something that we can post in the newsletter.

Izaiah McManaway in first grade participated in the Youth Wrestling State Championship at the Beckley-Raleigh County Convention Center last week and placed 9th out of 24 participants.  Great job, Izaiah! We are very proud of you!
