TUITION REMINDER: Please take care of any outstanding balances that are due on your child’s account. If you have any questions and/or concerns, please contact Mrs. Calvert in the office. ALL ACCOUNTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE THE FINAL REPORT CARD WILL BE SENT AND/OR ANY RECORDS RELEASED.

AWARDS PROGRAMS AND GRADUATION FOR PRESCHOOL, KINDERGARTEN, AND ELEMENTARY STUDENTS: The Elementary Awards programs and Kindergarten Graduation are open to our students’ families to attend. You must sit with your own family, and masks are required. Please follow the social distancing policy.

ELEMENTARY ART PROJECT: Mrs. Sydnor, our art teacher, is planning an end of the year art project for students in kindergarten through sixth grade. The project will be making tye dye shirts. Each student in those grades would need to do the following: Bring a white shirt with your child’s name written on the tag inside the shirt. Place the white shirt in a plastic bag. Bring to school on Friday, May 21, 2021. If you do not want your child to participate, please let their teacher know.

EXTENDED CARE: For students who utilize extended care, you will receive your final statement on or about May 27th. These and other extended care charges that have not been paid will be due upon receipt so that we can close out the books for the end of the school year.

HOMECOMING AND BASKETBALL FUNDRAISER GAME: The game was a great success! Many thanks to the Student Council members, Prom Committee, ball players, and volunteers for a job well done!

PROM LOCK-IN: A huge thank you to all the donors that made the Prom and Lock-In possible. The students had a wonderful time, and we are so grateful to the following donors:

BOOK FEES FOR 2021-22:: Due to be paid in full by May 28, 2021. Books will not be ordered until paid in full. If you are interested in used books, please call the office and speak to Mrs. Calvert.

NO SCHOOL MAY 31ST IN OBSERVANCE OF MEMORIAL DAY

YEARBOOK ORDERS: Forms were send home with your child to order a yearbook. The cost is $30.00. If you would like to place an order, please return the envelope, money enclosed, by June 1. The books will be delivered to MVCS in the fall.
