MVCS FUNDRAISER! There’s still time to get your ticket for this fun-filled, exciting evening! It will be held at the Lewis Christian Community Center on Central Avenue in Oak Hill, not at our school due to limited space. Call the office by Friday, May 4th for details. Tickets are $15 and will include a baked spaghetti dinner, live entertainment, shopping with vendors and being able to participate in a live auction! Doors open at 5 p.m. and dinner is at 6 p.m.

TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK – MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, MAY 7-11. Parents and grandparents are encouraged to express their thanks and heart-felt gratitude to our wonderful instructors.

FINAL DAY FOR HOT LUNCH AT MVCS – FRIDAY, MAY 18, 2018 – Please pack your child’s lunch for the remainder of the year.
EXTENDED CARE: For students who utilize the extended care program you will receive your final statement on or about May 18. These and any other extended care charges that have not been paid will be due upon request so that we can close out the books for the year.
For Preschool and Kindergarten Students: All balances must be paid by May 14th.
PRESCHOOL DISMISSAL: The K-3 and K-4 students will be dismissed at noon on Monday, May 14th in order for the teachers to prepare for their program on Tuesday, May 15th.
TUITION REMINDER: Please take care of any balances that are due on your child’s account. All accounts must be paid in full before the final report card will be sent and/or any records released. Contact Mrs. Calvert if you have any questions or concerns.
BOOK FEES FOR 2018-2019: Due to be paid in full by May 24, 2018. Books will not be ordered until paid in full.
BOOK EXCHANGE – Wednesday, May 23rd from 3:45-4:30 p.m. for elementary and secondary students. Teachers in 1st through 12th grades will be available on this day to approve books that you may wish to buy, sell, and/or exchange with other parents for the coming school term. A detailed letter concerning this event will be sent home soon.
BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION: The final day for Box Tops is May 11th. Winners will be announced the following week for indiviuals and class pizza party. Our goal for Box Tops this year was $1,000 and we made $1,038 for the school. Thank you very much for participating in this program. If you have Box Tops after May 11th, you can still bring them. They will be counted for the next school year. Please make sure the dates on them are not expired.
