Oh, that men would give thanks to the Lord for His goodness, and for His
wonderful works to the children of men! For He satisfies the longing
soul, and fills the hungry soul with goodness. -Psalm 107:8-9
NOON DISMISSAL – FRIDAY – NOVEMBER 8, 2019 – COOKIE DOUGH DISTRIBUTION DAY! We will dismiss at noon in order for you to be able to distribute the cookie dough/coffee orders that your child sold. No afternoon extended care on this day.
COOKIE DOUGH INSTRUCTIONS FOR PICK-UP: We are trying to make it a little easier to pick up your children and cookie dough on Friday. School will be dismissed at 12 noon. PLEASE DO NOT COME EARLY.
ALL STUDENTS WILL BE DISMISSED FROM THE SANCTUARY DOORS (AT THE RIGHT OF THE BUILDING). THERE WILL BE NO REASON TO GET OUT OF YOUR CAR.
There will be two different pick-up lanes designated. Please follow the directions given to you by the teachers, who will be holding signs to direct you to the proper lane. They will be stationed on the parking lot to help direct traffic and to help make this a smooth pick-up.
If you are NOT picking up cookie dough, once you have received your child, you will be directed to leave by way of the middle lane to exit the parking lot.
If you ARE picking up cookie dough, once you have received your child, you will be directed to drive past the front school entrance door to the edge of the building, where your cookie dough will be LOADED INTO YOUR CAR. You will then be able to exit the parking lot on the left.
DO NOT PARK ON THE PARKING LOT ON THIS DAY. PLEASE REMAIN IN YOUR CAR, AND YOU WILL BE DIRECTED AS TO WHICH WAY TO GO IN ORDER TO PICK UP YOUR CHILDREN AND THE COOKIE DOUGH.
If you ordered cookie dough and you cannot pick it up on this day, please make arrangements for someone else to pick it up for you. We have no place to store it at the school.
We hope you will find this faster and easier. We thank you for selling cookie dough, and we are striving to make this an easy process.
If someone else is picking up your child on this day, please make sure they are on the pick-up list, and please make them aware of the different arrangements that will be used to pick them up on Friday.
PLEASE REMEMBER ALL STUDENTS WILL BE DISMISSED AT 12 NOON AND NO EARLIER.
