COOKIE DOUGH, COFFEE, AND POPCORN SALE ORDERS ARE DUE BACK THIS COMING MONDAY, OCTOBER 1: We hope all is going well with the sale and you’ve gotten lots of orders. Please re-check the order forms to make sure of the following:
*Orders are marked clearly.
*Orders are totaled left to right and top to bottom on the order form.
*The money amount matches the orders and is included in the envelope.
*If you are eligible for free item (s), either cookie dough and/or coffee, please put your child’s name on the separate “free items order form” that was attached to your order, with your choice of items desired and send it back to school.
REVISED THANKSGIVING BREAK INFORMATION: The school calendar states that for our Thanksgiving break, we would be in school all day on Monday, November 1st, and would be dismissed at noon on Tuesday, November 22nd. This has been changed to Remote Instruction. Students in every grade will receive a packet of work to be completed. Your child will be responsible for the work to have been completed when we return to school on Monday, November 28th.
BE LOOKING FOR A NEW MENU ITEM: Pizzas will still be offered on Thursdays, but now on Tuesdays “walking tacos” will be offered. You will receive more information soon.

FALL CONVOCATION: Elementary Students – Preschool Through 6th Grades – Students must dress in chapel clothes for all three days of Convocation. There will still be gym class on Tuesday, so you may want to send different shoes for gym class.
Monday, October17th and Tuesday, October 18th at 9 a.m. in the Sanctuary Mrs. Ethel Pennington will be the speaker for these two days.
Wednesday, October 19 at 9 a.m. in the Sanctuary. This will be a combined chapel, which will include the Secondary Students with Pastor J. D. Wall as the speaker.
Secondary Students 7th – 12th Grades: Students must dress in chapel clothes for all three day of Convocation.
Monday, October 17th and Tuesday, October 18th at 10 a.m. in the Sanctuary Rev. Derek Wilson will be speaking on Monday concerning addiction and on Tuesday concerning substance abuse.
Wednesday, October 19th at 9 a.m. in the Sanctuary – This chapel will be combined, which will include elementary students with Pastor J. D. Wall as speaker.
Please keep the Convocation in your prayers as these services have been life-changing in the lives of our students.
