FALL FESTIVAL – TONIGHT, OCTOBER 19TH FROM 6:00 – 8:00 P.M.  We want everyone to come out and have a wonderful time, but please do not bring your child/children to the Fall Festival if they are fevered or ill in any way.  We would like to thank everyone for their donations and help to make this Fall Festival a wonderful time for all.

REPORT CARDS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2018

SCHOOL PICTURE MAKE-UP DAY – If your child was absent on September 7th, the day pictures were taken, the make-up day is Friday, November 2nd.

COOKIE DOUGH DISTRIBUTION DAY – FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 9TH AT NOON.  We will dismiss at noon on this date in order for you to be able to distribute the cookie dough/coffee that your child sold.  No afternoon extended care will be available on this date.

PLEASE NOTE CHANGE IN NOVEMBER MENU:  The menu will change for November 16th.  We would like to have a Thanksgiving Celebration for all to enjoy “free of charge.” The original menu was pizza bites, salad, and fruit cup.  The revised menu will include Ham, roll, sweet potatoes, green beans, and cranberry sauce.

If you have already ordered on November 16th, your December menu will be credited for that amount.  If your child does not like the revised menu items, please pack their lunch on that day.

SPECIAL CHRISTMAS PROJECT – Mrs. Calvert and Mr. Tolman have been working on a special Christmas project, and you can reap the benefits from it.

Many students have complimented our “chef”, Mr. Tolman, concerning his wonderful cooking abilities.  Mrs. Calvert and Mr. Tolman have worked out a plan in order for you, the parents, to be able to try it for yourselves.

Here is the Plan:

Periodically, until Christmas, we will be having various “take-out”meals available beginning at 3:30 p.m. for a cost of $5 each.

You will not need to pre-order these meals.  They will be on a first-come, first-served basis until they are gone.

The meals will be wrapped and ready for you to take dinner home to your family.

Our first meals will be available on Friday, October 26th.  The menu for that day is as follows:

“Mr. Tolman’s Famous Spaghetti, garlic bread, and dessert!”

If you would like to purchase a meal, when you arrive to pick up your children, please walk down the sidewalk to the left of the main entrance.  There will be a sign pointing you to the door beside the Fellowship Hall for you to pick up and pay for your meals.

Thank you in advance for participating in our Christmas project! We will let you know, in advance, when each of the meals will be offered.  We hope you will enjoy the meals as much as we do!
