FALL CONVOCATION A GREAT SUCCESS! What a blessing our elementary and secondary Fall Convocation was to everyone who attended! Each service was very special, and we believe lives were touched and changed forever!

ANNUAL COOKIE DOUGH FUNDRAISER:  There are only a few more days to sell the cookie dough.  This is a great product and almost sells itself! Your completed orders must be turned in to your child’s teacher by next week on Thursday, October 12th with the money attached.  The orders will be ready to be picked up at school on Friday, November 3rd at noon.  Thank you very much for helping us to accomplish our goal!

A HUGE THANK YOU GOES TO OUR PARENTS/GRANDPARENTS! Thank you so much for the donations you have given for the Student Council and Prom Rock-a-Thon and the quarters donated to the Secondary Bible Classes for the “Loads of Love.” You are very much appreciated!

GLOVE AND HAT DRIVE:  Student Council is teaming up with “Warms Hands from Warm Hearts for a glove and hat drive for the entire month of October.  If there is any way you can help with this very worthy cause, it would be greatly appreciated.  You can send the gloves and hats to your child’s teacher, and they will take care of getting them to their destination.

UPCOMING EVENT! FALL FESTIVAL! OCTOBER 27:  We need your help in order to make it successful and a fun time for our students!

K-3 through 12th Grade Students are asked to bring one bag of individually wrapped candy (no suckers, gum, candy with witches, ghosts, body parts or any other gory candy, please). Please send the candy to your child’s teacher by October 20th so we have plenty of time to fill the treat bags to be distributed during the Fall Festival.

We will also need cakes, cupcakes, craft items, silent auction items, door prizes, country store items, etc.  We will need parents to help with games as well.

A detailed letter will be sent home with your child next week giving more information.

MVCS SPELLING BEE – OCTOBER 10, 2017 – 1 P.M. – SELECTED STUDENTS IN GRADE 4-8.

TUITION PAYMENT REMINDER:  October tuition is due on October 10th.

FIRST PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCE OF THE YEAR:  OCTOBER 19TH FROM 4:15 – 7 P.M. You may begin calling for an appointment on October 12.
