SCHOOL CALENDAR DATE CHANGE:  Please make a note that the date has been changed as to when we will observe Veteran’s Day.  The school calendar originally had Friday, November 9th. That date has been changed to Monday, November 12th.

FIRST PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCE FOR THE YEAR – THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 27TH FROM 4:15 – 7:00 P.M.  You may call from now until noon on September 27th to schedule your appointment.

CAR WASH – Due to circumstances beyond our control, the Car Wash that was scheduled for Saturday, September 22nd has been cancelled.  See below for the up-dated schedule for the car wash fundraiser.

DATE:  Saturday, September 29, 2018 AND Saturday, October 6, 2018

TIME:  10 A.M. – 5 P.M.

LOCATION:  O’Reilly Auto Parts – Oak Hill

COST:  Donation

There will be a bake sale at each car wash.  If you would like to prepare something for the sale, please sign the sheet in Mrs. Calvert’s office as to what you will provide.  This is a great opportunity to help our Athletic Department and get a clean car in the process!

TUITION PAYMENT REMINDER – October tuition is due on October 10th.  If your September tuition has not been paid, please contact Mrs. Calvert as soon as possible.


Mark your calendars! This is a great time to start planning for your craft items.  We need crafts, gifts for the Silent Auction, Country Store, etc.  The Fall Festival has always proven to be a fun time for children and adults of all ages! Plan to come and have dinner with us on this evening! Let’s get ready for a great time of autumn celebration with our families! Following is some important information concerning the day:

School will be dismissed at noon on October 19th in order to prepare for the Fall Festival.

Lunches will not be served on this day.

Afternoon Extended Care will not be available.

Please make arrangements for your child/children to be picked up by noon on this day.

ANNUAL COOKIE DOUGH SALE:  Back by popular demand will be our annual cookie dough fundraiser sale.  Several people who have purchased it in the last several years not only loved it, but also have requested that we sell it again! You will be receiving the order form and a letter soon with all of the delicious details!
