TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
This is the official notification that Mountain View Christian School has been inspected by Mr. James E. Reed, Jr., a certified inspector, in keeping with the requirements of the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act, and we continue to monitor any additions or repairs to our facilities to assure that they meet these standards.
The results of the inspection showed no friable material was found. The Management Plan is on file in the office and may be seen upon request. The report is also filed with the WV Department of Health.
