COMBINED CHAPEL – WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23 – 9 A.M. – Our elementary and secondary students will be observing “See You at the Pole.” If the weather is permissible, this service will be conducted outside around the flag pole. If not, we will have the service in the sanctuary. Chapel attire is required. No shorts, t-shirts, or jeans on chapel day. Parents are welcome to attend.
SEE YOU AT THE POLE is simply a prayer rally where students meet at the school flagpole to lift up their friends, families, teachers, school, and nation to God. See You at the Pole is a student-initiated, student-organized, and student-led event.

FIRST PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCE OF THE YEAR – TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29TH FROM 4:15-7:00 P.M. – You may begin calling to schedule your appointment on Tuesday, September 22nd. It is very important that you attend these conferences for the academic success of your children. The deadline for scheduling will be Tuesday, September 29th at noon.
PIZZA FRIDAYS UPDATE: We hope your child enjoyed the first Pizza Friday today! We will not be having this every Friday for right now. Following are the dates that we will have Pizza Friday for the next few weeks: October 2, October 16th, and October 30th. We will send a menu home for you to place your order before each of these dates. After this, we will keep you informed when the Pizza Friday will be. ANNUAL COOKIE DOUGH SALE – BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! We will have cookie dough, popcorn, and coffee. We have been selling these great products for over 15 years! People who have purchased have not only loved it, but have requested that we sell it again! You will be receiving an informational letter and the order forms today with all the delicious details. Be sure to check the manila envelope that was sent home today with your child’s name and grade on it.
Please read carefully the instructions and return your child’s completed order form, with the amount due on Monday, October 5th. You should receive your orders on Friday, November 13th, just in time for the holiday baking season! If you have any questions, please contact the office.
COUNTRY WESTERN DAY – Our entire student body will be celebrating Country Western Day on October 7th. Bring out your cowboy boots, cowboy hats, flannel shirts, jeans, bandanas and whatever else you have that is Country Western, and let’s have a great day!
ELEMENTARY FIELD TRIP – Pre-school through grade six will be going to the Thomas Family Pumpkin Patch on October 9th. Please fill out and sign permission forms being sent home by the teachers.
