The Cookie Dough and Coffee items from our fundraiser will be distributed on Thursday, November 9th at the school. We are going to try to make this as easy as possible this year.
DISMISSAL TIME FOR STUDENTS WHO SOLD COOKIE DOUGH AND COFFEE IS FROM 12:00 P.M. – 1:00 P.M.
The orders will be distributed from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. All orders must be picked up at this time.
If your child sold these items, he/she will be dismissed to you when you arrive to pick up your order.
Please follow the instructions below precisely. This should help everyone to receive their items in a timely manner.
STUDENTS WHO SOLD COOKIE DOUGH/COFFEE
PLEASE ARRIVE NO EARLIER THAN NOON ON THIS DAY. You will enter the parking lot in the same manner as you use for drop-off and dismissal. ONLY THOSE WHO HAVE ORDERS TO PICK UP WILL BE ALLOWED IN THIS LINE.
- STAY IN YOUR CAR AND DRIVE UP TO THE CONE THAT WILL BE PLACED WHERE YOU ARE TO STOP.
- HAVE YOUR CHILD’S PLACARD DISPLAYED AS USUAL. WE WILL CALL FOR YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN TO BE DISMISSED AND LOAD YOUR COOKIE DOUGH/COFFEE AT THE SAME TIME.
STUDENTS WHO DID NOT SELL COOKIE DOUGH/COFFEE
Any student who did not sell Cookie Dough/Coffee will be dismissed in the normal manner at 1:00 p.m. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE ANY SOONER THAN 1:00 P.M. IN ORDER TO GIVE THE PEOPLE WHO ARE PICKING UP ORDERS TIME TO EXIT THE LOT.
PLEASE NOTE: The popcorn orders, unfortunately, will not arrive for the November 9th pickup. The manufacturer is trying to ensure that we receive them by Thanksgiving. We are very sorry for this inconvenience and will keep you informed as we hear more details on the arrival date.
