SENIOR GRADUATION
The Mountain View Christian School Class of 2026 is as follows:
Ariana Allene Gillispie, Co-Salutatorian (Daughter of Melissa and Jordan Hughes of Mount Hope)
Somer Rose Hamrick, Co-Salutatorian (Daughter of Josh and Andrea Hamrick of Victor)
The Commencement will be held Friday, May 15, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Mr. C. J.Ball will be the speaker. All Mountain View families are cordially invited and encouraged to attend. Please pray for our seniors as they embark on one of the greatest adventures of their lives. We are so proud of each of them! They have worked very hard to attain their goals.
There will be no regular elementary chapel this week due to awards ceremonies and programs.
TUITION REMINDER: Please take care of any balances that are due on your chlld’s account. All account’s must be paid in full before the final report card or records released. Contact Mrs. Calvert if you have questions.
ELEMENTARY AWARDS CEREMONY – MONDAY, MAY 18, 2026 – 1:00 P.M. Relatives and friends are invited to attend this special assembly. Chapel attire is required for all students. Reminder: No jeans, t-shirts, or shorts are to be worn on this day.
KINDERGARTEN GRADUATION – TUESDAY, MAY 19 – 6:30 P.M. – Mrs. Floyd and the 2026 graduating class would like to invite everyone to attend.
PRE-SCHOOL PROGRAM – WEDNESDAY, MAY 20 – 10:00 A.M. – IN THE SANCTUARY – Mrs. Christy Painter and Mrs. Chrissy Ward invite families of their pre-school students to attend this wonderful display of “things learned” during the year. The children will be singing, reciting, and “showing off” their talent.
EXTENDED CARE – For students who utilize the extended care program, you will receive your final statement on or about May 15, 2026. These and any other outstanding extended care charges will be due upon receipt. ALL ACCOUNTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE FINAL REPORT CARD OR RECORDS WILL BE RELEASED.
YARD SIGNS – We have several yard signs advertising Mountain View Christian School. If you would be willing to place one in your yard, call the office and let Mrs. Calvert know.

This will be the final newsletter for this school year. We would like to thank all of you for the privilege of being part of your child’s education and life throughout this year.
