A WARM WELCOME TO FOUR NEW TEACHERS AT MVCS:
We welcome the following teachers:
Mrs. Sidney Alston, teaching several different subjects to secondary students.
Mrs. Meghan Bennett, teaching fifth grade this year. Mrs. Bennett has been with us before teaching our secondary students.
Mrs. Amanda Floyd, teaching kindergarten.
Mrs. Michelle Heidemann, teaching second grade.
We are very thankful to the Lord for sending us these ladies to help us continue the work He has for us to fulfill. Our faculty not only helps by giving our students excellent academic training, but also direction in building a successful Christian life.
NO SCHOOL – MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 4TH – LABOR DAY
ELEMENTARY CHAPEL – MONDAY, AUGUST 28TH AT 9 A.M. The fourth grade class will be leading the service with prayers and memorization. Bishop Sam Calloway will be the speaker.
EXTENDED CARE CHARGES: The first statement for extended care charges will be sent home the first few days of September. This will reflect the time your child spent in extended care for the month of August. These charges will be due on September 10th.
SCHOOL PICTURES – TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 26 – Fall individual pictures will be taken on this date. You will receive more information in the near future.
