This will be a sign to you; you will find a baby wrapped
in cloths and lying in a manger. -Luke 2:12

INFORMATION CONCERNING SCHOOL CANCELLATION AND DELAYS:
As our MVCS Faculty/Staff Handbook states: During time of inclement weather, you will receive a text communication (Flocknote) from MVCS concerning cancellation and/or delay of school.
When at all possible, we will also place an announcement on WTNJ, WOAY, WJLS, and Spirit FM 88.7 radio stations and on FOX 59 and WVNS TV stations as to whether or not school will be in session or delayed.
WHEN FAYETTE COUNTY SCHOOLS CANCEL OR DELAY FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER MOUNTAIN VIEW CHRISTIAN SCHOOL WILL ALSO CANCEL OR DELAY.
If you are not receiving the messages we are sending from our school text communication system, please check your spam folder and/or your blocked numbers. It also seems to help if you set the messages you receive from the school in your contacts on your phone.
If you have tried all these suggestions and are still not receiving the messages, please contact the school. We want to make sure everyone is receiving the messages.
HEALTH NOTICE – With cold weather, flu, and other various other viruses beginning, please do not send your child to school if he/she has been vomiting, has diarrhea, and/or a fever.
