COOKIE DOUGH, COFFEE, AND POPCORN SALE ORDERS ARE DUE BACK THIS COMING THURSDAY, OCTOBER 12TH. We hope all is going well with the sale and you’ve gotten lots of orders. Please re-check the order forms to make sure of the following:

*The orders are marked clearly.

*The orders are totaled left to right AND top to bottom on the order form.

*The money amount matches the orders and is included in the envelope..

*If you are eligible for a free item(s), either cookie dough and/or coffee, please put your child’s name on the separate “free items order form” that was attached to your order forms, with your choice of item(s) desired and send it back to the school.

ELEMENTARY CHAPEL – MONDAY, OCTOBER 9TH – 9 A.M. – The sixth grade class will be leading the service with prayers and memorization. Mrs. Murray will be the speaker. Reminder: No jeans, t-shirts or shorts on chapel day.

SCHOOL PICTURES: You should have received your child’s proof this week. If you would like to place an order for pictures, you must return the envelope to the school, with the amount due enclosed, by Wednesday, October 11th.

LUNCH REMINDER: When packing heat-ups, please keep in mind there are several classes in the lunchroom at the same time, and they are all using the microwaves. Please do not send heat-ups that need more than one minute, and please put them in a microwavable container. We appreciate your help.

ILLNESSES: Please do not send your children to school if they are showing any signs of illness. If they are running a temperature, have a sore throat, etc., please check them to make sure they are okay. There are several different viruses and illnesses going around now, and we would not want to infect other children.

REPORT CARDS RELEASED – OCTOBER 23, 2023

TUITION PAYMENT REMINDER: TUITION FOR OCTOBER IS DUE ON OCTOBER 10TH.

IMPORTANT THANKSGIVING BREAK INFORMATION – The school calendar states that for our Thanksgiving break, we would be in school all day on Monday, November 20th, and would be dismissed at noon on Tuesday, November 21st. This schedule has been changed to “remote instruction.” No one will be at school on these days.

Students in each grade will receive a packet of work to be completed. Your child will be responsible for the work when we return to school on Monday, November 27th.

BRIDGE DAY POSTER CONTEST WINNERS

FALL CONVOCATION – OCTOBER 18-20 – The elementary services (Pre-school – 6th Grades) will begin at 9 a.m., Friday, October 20th. This will be the Fall Festival Costume Parade, with a devotion following .

Secondary Fall Convocation (7th – 12th grades) October 18th – October 20th. Services for October 18th and 19th will begin at 2 p.m. October 20th will be the Fall Festival Costume Parade and begins at 9 a.m.

ALL STUDENTS MUST FOLLOW CHAPEL DRESS CODE FOR OCTOBER 18TH – 19TH.
